Dom brings tremendous depth of experience to his role in leading BBDO and Proximity in Toronto, earned from 20 years of brand leadership with many of Canada’s most successful marketers.
Dom is an Honours graduate from the Ivey School of Business, and directly entered the agency business after school. He has remained in the industry ever since.
In addition to his passion for people and the creative product, Dom brings a highly unique skill set relative to his peers in the industry. Dom is the only Agency President that has risen through the ranks as a Strategic Planner. Planning is still in his DNA. Dom’s focus on consumer Insight and the Magic Idea is directly borne from his first hand experience as a Planner on some of Canada’s most prolific accounts. It is this Planning background that has helped BBDO and Proximity refine how it delivers TotalWork.
With Gerry Frascione leading the national operations of BBDO Canada, Dom is able to focus his efforts on BBDO and Proximity’s clients and the work of the agency. He maintains a hands-on role across the agency’s many diverse clients.
