Gerry Frascione joined BBDO Canada as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2001. His professional track record is punctuated with that rare thing: strategic thinking implemented into action and growth.

During Gerry’s 15 years at Leo Burnett Canada, where he rose to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Client Services Director, he was recognized as the strategic leader, providing the foundation for work on businesses like Trimark, Kellogg’s Special K and Cadbury Crispy Crunch: Work which powered up, or revitalized brands, making them both famous and successful in the marketplace.

Gerry joined The Wolf Group in 1999 to help create a regional network focused on the North East. Under Gerry’s leadership as President and CEO, Wolf quadrupled its revenue in Canada in less than 3 years.

On taking the helm at BBDO Canada, Gerry put his love of both strategic thinking and making stuff happen to great effect. In January of 2006 Chief Executive Andrew Robertson, BBDO Worldwide announced Gerry’s appointment as President and CEO of BBDO North America. Gerry joins Andrew on the board, alongside other high-profile executives including BBDO North American Chair and Chief Creative Officer David Lubars, and BBDO Worldwide chair Allen Rosenshine. Gerry will continue to lead BBDO’s 13-year-old Canadian operations, but “will be actively involved in setting the overall direction of BBDO Worldwide.”
